Mrs Anisha Ramsaroop is an academic based in the School of Management, Information Technology & Governance in the discipline of Human Resources Management.She currently completing her PhD, focusing on career plateaus and the career stages of academics at UKZN. Her areas of interest in HRM include Training & Development, Strategic HRM, Diversity, Women Issuesā€™ in HRM & the Workplace and Ethics. Anisha plans include attaining her PhD and working on her research interests.
